    Default The Gestational Diabetes drink.....

    Am i the only one who thinks that sugary drink you have for the GD test is uMMMMmm.....DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Im serious. I love it. I skulled it back in 2 seonds. It's like pure straight cordial....what a treat! ive always wanted to swig straight cordial!!!!! hehehehe
    Some people say they feel sick or headachy afterwards, nope not me i wanted another drink!


    I think i might be a minority here lol.....

    I didn't find it bad at all. It reminded me of the way soft drink used to taste many years back. I find a coke or something like that far more obnoxious to skull! LOL! I wonder if it is more the empty stomach that does it for most people?

    Nearly every mouthful, I wanted to throw right back up....

    Wish you could've taken mine for me. I wish I had the guts to say that I'm not doing that test. He he he.

    I had to drink it slowly because every mouthful brought me closer and closer to vomiting. It made me feel SO sick afterwards and I had a headache for the entire day. Yuck.

    I so worried about having it as everyone said how disgusting it tasted but....I thought it tasted just fine maybe not my usual choice of beverage at 9am but yep, I liked it.
