    Default Work / Life Balance

Hmmm that's a tough one. I'm a nurse too and I know where I work the afternoon/night shifts are less hectic than the morning/day shifts. I quite like the calm mornings and not rushing around early getting everyone and everything organised to get to work. Extra money is a positive too. It's only 2 days you miss out on the afternoon activities. I think the night shift sounds more appealing. Even if you could possibly do one of each shift?
