Of course! Ideally they want people who are already bought into them as a company and who want a future there, so most companies check to see if you really want to work for 'them' or if you just want a job.

I have that biography too. Very interesting

And it helps that they're so much in the public domain, as they will have listed their 'mission statements' and values so that you will know what key traits they are looking for in terms of what makes a '[that airline] person'.

Forgot to add, in a lot of interviews they ask if you have any questions.
Memorise the information they sent you and ask them. Apparently, they LIKE it. Lol. It shows you have interest in the business and are wanting to know more.

Be professional but also try and show that you can be fun to work with.

Based on what you've said about which airline it is, my friend works for them and they pride themselves on being a 'fun (but professional!)' airline, so you want to try and give off the vibe they get from the staff they already have who embody their mission.

    GOOD LUCK!

In a group interview, i would suggest wearing pants because you never know if you will be doing something odd like cinstructing a tower in a group so you want to be able to get in and do rather than worry about your clothing.

Good luck. eek, what a big step.

Smile! Recruiters will always remember the person who smiled and appeared confident in themselves.

They will be looking at your interaction skills during the group interview so dont be afraid to be vocal and talk with the other group members. Remember open body language, use your prompts when appropriate (nodding , yes, hmmm), if you notice quiet people in your group situations ask their opinion.

Make sure you are presented how you see their staff. Eg very neat hair pulled back off your face with neat make up. I would go minimal jewellary - studs/hoops, simple chain or necklace.

Dont be afraid to walk up to the interviewers with a smile, shake their name and introduce yourself. Make small talk, "how has your day been I am looking forward to today..... "

Good luck I am sure you will be amazing x
