    Hi Shell'80
Ive been taking vitamins & herbs from a natropath and seeing an acupuncturist (weekly) for the last 6-8 months and was TTC for nearly 2 yrs. I feel it has helped tremendously. Ive recently fallen pregnant naturally after being told by an obs / IVF doc that my only option was egg donation given my age (39) and my AMH level <.1.
Herbs reduced by FSH level and I was taking vitamins to specifically improve my ovary function and egg quality. Acupuncture was aimed at increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs and general health & wellbeing.

If you're in Melbourne, then I can recommend a natropath specifically assisting with fertility.
    Hope this helps.

    Default Natropath and ttc

    Thanks tryingforbubs,
I am going to see Anne Digby this Saturday. Apparently she is well known in the ivf world in melbs. I only know of her her as my sis saw her when she was going through ivf.
Currently I haven't seen any specialists, i havent been diagnosed with any problems just un explained infertility from the local gp, we aren't planning on going down that road yet.
I really hope she helps us. Fx
