    Doesn't hurt As the others said a slight pulling and it's out quick.
    I'd never have one put in again though!

    I hope mine is that easy.

    I had to make an appointment with my gyno to get mine out and I have been waiting for ages. Have an appointment for friday next week. I wish my GP could have taken mine out but he said no and he doesn't put them in either.

    It's out. Wasn't so bad. Now the wait to see if it was causing my problems or not.
