    Default Migraines in Final Trimester?

    Hey,
So I'm 32 weeks today and for the last 11 days I've had 14 migraines! I had 1-2 in the first trimester, around the same in the second and then this hit! It has been alternating sides from Left to Right and strikes at any time, more recently 2-3 times a day!
I ended up in the maternity unit and the monitored bub who is fine and they suspected I had high blood pressure, however it was all fine! The next day I ended out at accident and emergency, again did a urine test for protein, baby trace scan for bubs and I was thrown on IV fluids! I've seen my dr who said take Panadine Forte and rest but I hate taking them! I've seen my chiro a few times, which helps very short term if at all! I seen a lady who does pregnancy massage and that didn't help at all! Has anyone had this or suggestions to help? We have also tried eliminating foods to which nothing has help!!

    Default Migraines in Final Trimester?

Not being able to take anything is the worst bit. I had a few in the first and early second trimesters of both pregnancies but then they settled down. I found a double shot latte worked as well as any of my pre-pregnancy migraine meds.

    Default Migraines in Final Trimester?

I suffered my first ever migraine yesterday
I was rather concerned as I had blurry patches in my eyes and couldn't see properly. Started out with just mild pain but soon got worse. My midwife was the one who said it sounded like a migraine (I was worried about my blood pressure) I spent the whole day in bed from 1pm onwards and it's still lingering today without the vision problems though. Nasty! I've got 3 weeks left and hoping I won't get another one after this one finally goes away!

    Default Migraines in Final Trimester?

Migraines are Horrible! I've suffered for 14yrs so far and they just every few months! But this latest lot has me bed ridden! I've had to give up work 3 weeks earlier than I planned and I cannot leave the house unless I've just woken from one, because I usually get a few hrs between them! If I can leave the house I'm so lethargic!
I get the "aura" associated with migraines and the nausea also! I also he pins and needles/numbless on one side also.
I've tried the coffee hits but only being in a dark rooms helps!
We thought it was too much sugar, not enough sugar, hyperglycemia, chocolate, dehydrated etc! I've also picked up a cold my DH had which is not helping! I have noticed my teeth are sore and I have a fair amount of pain under my sheds, above my eyes so starting to wonder if it could be sinus related!
