Has anyone else experienced a reduced appetite when pregnant?
Whilst I had nausea I didn't have an appetite but I'm almost 11 weeks now and nausea has passed and I No way eat as much as I used to.

My last pregnancy I had little to no appetite through the entire pregnancy.. Only gained 1 kilo throughout, and after bub was born I discovered I lost 6 kilos... Even so, bub was still in the 95th percentile for weight!!

Your stomache likely shrank whilst you were eating less due to nausea.

I didn't get an increase in appetite until about 20 weeks, now at 37 weeks I'm hardly eating anything, it's rubbish what they say about eating for 2, there's no room lol!

I had severe morning sickness so naturally no appetite. I'm 20 weeks today and less sick and I have eaten all day! So I think it can change.. I think it's just different for everyone. I definitely don't feel hungry like I did before.. it's more that i feel sick and eating makes me not feel sick.

i think it changes thru out the pregnancy and is different for every woman. My eating didnt change untill about 19 weeks. Now at 23 weeks i have days where ive hardly eaten a thing and feel really full. Other days i cant stop eating and amaze myself at the amount i can eat in one day lol.
The important thing is to stay hydrated and try to choose the healthy options in regards to food. Eating small and often seems to be helping me atm. im like a grazing cow.

Yes! From 20 weeks onwards my appetite slowly decreased, now I am 35 weeks and for example for lunch yesterday we got wedges from the shop, I ate about 8 and felt so full I felt sick afterwards. It takes nothing to fill me up and I'm never hungry!
