    Things like this are particularly sad when it could have been prevented. I live not far from there and people around here just don't do it for reasons like this.

    How terrible rip little boy. are they suggesting the parents were allowing the 13 year old to drive the younger siblings? That's the feel I was getting from the article.

    No one knows why the kids were in charge of the vehicle.
    They could have taken it without permission for all we know.

    So sad and it will have an impact on the living kids and the parents...

    awfully sad.

    I could be wrong .. but my understanding is that on private property .. the laws regarding driving of vehicles dont apply??? is that right?

    clearly this is a terrible accident and my heart goes out to the family who are grieving the loss of their little man
