Gentle Birth, Gentle Mothering by Dr Sarah Buckley.

Best book ever for empowering birth.

She has a website too, under the same name, so check it out.

Totally recommend Juju Sundin's book. While my 2.5 hr labour wasn't long enough to use all I learnt I did put some of her methods into practice and had another successful drug free labour.
