    Default Multicultural day food ideas

    DH's work is having a multicultural food day next week, everyone needs to bring something in. Doesn't have to be from their own culture just anything! Any ideas for something easy to make and transport as he catches the train to work. Thanks!

    Turkish dips and bread
    Black forest cake (not very easy to make but can be done day before)
    Teriyaki chicken - I can give you my fabulous authentic recipe
    Russian or Japanese or German potato salad
    Greek salad
    Sushi
