Well this pregnancy has brought me a craving of ham or chicken salad sandwiches on wholemeal bread. Ordinarily I would be excited to be craving such healthy foods however I feel I can't eat this everyday knowing the listeria risk. I am 12 weeks on Monday and as I move further into the pregnancy the thought of something happening to bub gets even more scary. So please, what can I have on my sandwiches or wraps for lunch? I like tuna but not enough to have everyday and I don't think I would enjoy a salad sandwich minus the meat.
Any ideas would be great! Thanks
