Default Gastro... When to go back to work

So the last 'incident' was around midday, and I even are dinner tonight.

Should I go to work tomorrow or not risk sharing with the team?

Forgive any weird substitutions... Silly phone, but I still love it

I think the general rule is at least 24 hours incident free.

We've got a 24 hours (from last episode) exclusion rule at work ... but I work directly with patients in a healthcare environment, so I don't know if that changes things.

Default Re: Gastro... When to go back to work

That's what I'm thinking. It was just the comment of "we're not tracking very well with sick leave" from my manager today that makes me nervous.

I really want another job in the company instead of redundancy and can't afford for them to think I'm unreliable.

Id tell the boss sorry that you're adding to the sick leave toll but you'd rather take one extra day then possibly infect others which would result in a lot more
