    You can swap. I use www.myfitnesspal.com to keep me on track, and most of the meals from the program are on there.

    Default Michelle bridges 12 week challenge

    I am really impressed with both the food and the exercise plan. There is soooo much choice (there are hundreds of other recipes to choose from if you don't like something). She really couldn't do any more for you unless she actually came and cooked your food!!!!
    This is the BEST weight loss program I have ever seen!!!!! Bring on Monday!!!
