So my DD is almost 5 months and I have 15kg to lose, they're not budging so I'm thinking I might have to start actually exercising 😱 I'm not fit and I'm motivation challenged.
I would love to start a group or even just another person to help each other out, we could go for walks or exercise at the park... I have heaps of ideas (I don't like boring gyms)
I'm so keen to get back in shape! Anyone up for it???
