I was given a safe n sound baby capsule with a 5 point harness by a friend, then told by another friend that they are illegal now. Is this true? I knew that the old style velcro ones were, but thought these ones were still okay...

The 5 point ones are safe, it IS the velcro ones that are illegal now. It is completely safe to use

No they are not illegal, i used one for both my DD's. The ambo service hire them out.
Ring them if you are not sure..Mumma to 3 Cheeky Cherubs...
