Few things here! 2.7 yo DDWakes 5am every morning even if she went to bed at 7,8,9,10 or even 11. She sometimes wakes at 3 and then we finally get her back to skeep and 5 she's back in our room awake for the dayShe is extremely tired all day she cries and whines constantly will cry and then tell me she doesn't know why she's upsetDo you think her crying all day is because she is tired or could It be 2 different things? She currently has a day sleep 1-1.5 hours but I have to wake her up or shed sleep longer making bed time impossibleI Do believe 7-8 hours sleep is enough for a 2 year old and her moods confirm thatWould you be worried about her being so emotional??!!Is there somewhere I can take her for sleep help ? Since she wakes at 5 no matter what times he goes to bed, I'd be putting her down at 6-6:30 so she gets a decent amount of sleep. Some babies just wake early.
My 2.5 year old sleeps 6:30-5:20 but I've just started putting him to bed at 7 and he has been sleeping till 6. He also has a 1.5 hour nap.

I'm not sure if there's a sleep school for 2 year old, my friend hired a baby whisper she came to her house and got her 2.5 year sleeping though the night, maybe look into that?
Be careful when letting go of things you think mean nothing to you, You just might end up looking back and realising you let go of something you wanted after all...

I don't think 5 am is too early for her to be waking up. I would be putting her down for her day sleep by about 11 or 12 so that if she does need a longer sleep she can have it. I put mine both down straight after lunch between 11 and 12 and some days they have 2 hrs and some days 3, but I never wake them from their day sleep. I would also be getting her to bed earlier so tht she does get more sleep at night. If she went down at 7 then she would get 10 hrs at night and that is plenty.

If she is moody all day I would be looking at other causes than sleep, most kids are early risers and that is a decent daytime nap. Assess her diet particularly additives, sugar, wheat, colours and make sure her genera health is good. Just a suggestion.
