What to expect

Well I got the news yesterday I was mc. I actually was diagnosed with a pregnancy in an unknown location as they couldn't find it in my scan even though my uterus wall lining was nice and thick ready for a pregnancy. I would have been 6 weeks yesterday. My hcg was down to 52. I have lots of cramping but bleeding is like last day of period. Not sure how long this bleeding will go for and I've heard all sorts of things about bleeding and clot passing. Am I going to get any of that?

Hi. Im not sure about in a different location and mc but Mine went like this with a baby of 6 weeks growth. Started to bleed lightly. For a few days then got heavier with cramping few about 5 days. Then lots and lots of blood coming out in toilet on days of loosing placenta and sac (sac size of small mouse). This was 1 half weeks after begining of bleeding. Then two days of heavy. Then 12 days of light or brown. When then brown stopped hcg hit 0 and that is classed as cd1 so will ovulate 14 days after brown stops (maybe)! Anyway have lots if iron and when you feel pressure and cramping, sit on loo and it helps. So sorry for your loss.

I can't help you with what to expect as I has a d&c. I just couldn't not say how sorry I am that you have to go through this.
