2ww over but so scared now

I had my bt today and got the results back, they were positive, but the nurse said my hormone levels were low and my pregnancy wouldn't be viable. I've had spotting for a couple of days, however it's now stopped. Has anyone had this before and not miscarried?

thats not very nice of the nurse to say that did she even tell you your betas and look at it this way a nurse is not a doc alot of ladys have started of with low numbers and spotted and everything worked out keep your chin up and dont let that horrible nurse get you down

Thanks, she didn't mention the numbers but I also didn't ask, I'd started spotting before she called, so assumed it hadnt worked and was completely shocked when she said it was positive. I've heard stories of people still getting full periods and going to term, but I thought they might be just that. Stories.

Its good news that you got a positive result, any doc will tell you that. The fact that you actually created an embryo is something to celebrate.

Can I possibly suggest- and forgive me if this is not something you'd consider- but if your clinic offers counselling during cycles (i.e., free sessions), perhaps make one for somewhere within the 2 WW?
