Default Solids & breastfeeding 5-6 month old

Hi just curious what your feeding schedule is like with bub, breastfeeds and solid foods? What meal did you first introduce?

I introduced a morning meal first, kind of a late breakfast. Rice cereal and/or pureed fruit for a few weeks. And then vegies for a late lunch. And then eventually it morphed into being dinner as well. Solids fit in between breastfeeds, as part of the 'play' routine before the next nap.

Solids around 30 minutes after a BF keeping on the same schedule to start with (every 3-4 hours). We started by adding in mid morning solids and then added mid afternoon a few weeks later. Around 6.5 months changed to 3 meals per day with a BF prior to each and one BF before bed and another overnight. Then between 9 and 12 months started to switch to solids before BF.

We started with pears, then added veggies and protein as his appetite increased. At 7 months ditched the purees and fed him what we were having and by 9 months he was completely self feeding.
