    Default Food causing migraines?

    Hi

    I'm a migraine sufferer and have narrowed down my trigger!

    It is really weird and took me a long time to eliminate all possibilities!

    My migraine is caused by red food coloring number 123! I can have red colour 122 and 124 and 120 but as soon as I have 123 massive migraine!

    I have also recently discovered that chocolate gives me a migraine! Boohoo!!!!

    As long as I avoid those things I don't get any migraines!

    I can't drink orange juice or orange cordial.

    Even just 1 glass will give me a slight headache so more than 1 glass would most certainly give me a pretty bad headache at the least.

    I havnt had the cordial since I posted this and have had 0 migraines yay! Sorry about everyone else's triggers. It's so annoying
