I use soap day to day, I have body wash in the shower but rarely use it. I wonder what is more cost effective?

It's a skin irritant and just generally not a chemical you'd want absorbed into your body. It's a cheap filler.

Default Do you use soap or body wash?

A mix of both but we mostly use hand made, natural soaps.
