Hi,
I am new here and been looking at lots of threads for info on weight loss post-baby No. 2. I am wanting to do it slow and steady but really need to get a kick start into some healthy eating again and a bit of exercise. I have a 12 week old bub and 3 year old so I don't always have the best breakies and lunches.
I have been looking at The Healthy Mummy - anyone done it? Any good?
I have never done smoothies, but dont look too bad and at least I will be getting something balanced to eat, otherwise I binge at the end of the day when starving. Is it worth a try or am I wasting my money?
Any advice?
