This worked for us too! After many fights with antibiotics, I would put two smarties on a plate with the antibiotics all ready to go. I explained that if he has the medicine he could have the smarties. It worked, and eventually it got easier and it didn't take long to get to the point that he doesn't need smarties anymore and takes any medicine with ease.
