Dating scan heartrate.

Right now I am 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my 3rd baby. I already have 2 boys and want a girl this time. We chose not to have the nt scan but at the dating scam bubs hr was 136bpm so at 6 weeks is that too early to say boy?

I had 2 boys then a girl & the whole heart rate myth didn't show a big difference TBH.

I don't think the myth is true. I have a DS and another 7 weeks away. Their fetal heart rates never fell below 140, often much higher.

We are having a boy and his heartrate has been around 160 the whole pregnancy until about 28 weeks when it dropped to around 140 so I don't think you can tell from the HR.

I don't believe in the heart rate myth. DD always had a very high heart rate while this bub is slower, also a girl tho!!

I'm always one to wonder this too... My DD had a High heart rate (159bpm) at 12 weeks... This bub is 166bpm at 12 weeks so I'm convinced that it's another girl for that reason... We're desperate for a boy this time so I hope it's wrong but I just know its another girl....

I wouldn't buy into the heart rate myth too much. I'm pregnant with my third son and all three of them had different heart rates ranging from 135bpm up to 170bpm. I hope you get your little princess I hoped for a girl this time but seems I'm destined to have all boys
