Because I feel safer doing that. I supervise in water of any depth. I don't supervise the shower, only if the plug is in.

Default at what age did you leave your child in the bath without supervision?

DS will be 4 in December and I leave him alone. My place is very small, he is constantly making noise, and I'm I'm and out all the time.

I still sit in the bathroom with my 4yo and i will for a while yet, I usually use the time to have a shower while he is in the bath or to shave my legs or to pluck my eyebrows lol.

Default Re: at what age did you leave your child in the bath without supervision?

Jasper is 3 (turning 4 in November) and I mostly watch him but duck in and out to organise the baby for bed etc. Though then the other day he decided to turn the hot tap on while I was right there. Lucky he just gave himself a fright when it came out on his knees. But he scooted back and I turned it off.

I'm also afraid of him trying to get out on his own because he tries to stand on the side rather than throwing his leg over.
