    Default This chicken ok?

I bought marinated chicken pieces a few days before their used by date from Coles. I froze them right away. A couple of weeks later I took them out of the freezer on a Friday and placed in the fridge to defrost. On saturday they were still frozen. Plans changed for the weekend and I didn't end up roasting the chicken today (Sunday). I'm assuming the chicken fully thawed out saturday night, so should it be ok to roast Monday for dinner?

I wouldn't risk it for the sake of a few dollars but I'm funny with defrosting...

Personally, no I wouldn't. But I'm funny about meat defrosting and stuff like that.

No, I wouldn't, but I am over cautious with chicken.
