Painful feeding... Teething maybe??

My DD is almost 5 months old and we've been doing really great breastfeeding, she's thriving and my supply is great. No problems latching never had any mastectomy, maybe some engorgement at the beginning but that naturally sorted itself out.
Anyway for the past week DD has been hurting me when feeding, I'm not sure if she's sucking too hard trying to get more milk, or if she's clamping down getting a chewing motion or teething. She's not fussing and is still getting lots of milk. My nipples are only sore towards the end of the feed and a few minutes after. Feels and looks bruised, I've been using some cream for it which helps, I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this or if anyone knows what it could be?

When will your baby's first pearly white start to poke through? Most babies get their first tooth at around 6 months, but your child's chompers may appear as early as 3 months or as late as 14, depending on such factors as when Mom and Dad started sprouting teeth and whether or not your baby was a preemie....
