    Unfortunately the ice didn't stop the bruising, maybe it reduced it a bit. The ice was for the stinging/burning. I found that if I iced the area until it was numb (and slightly frozen) I felt nothing most of the time.

    Trying the ice tomorrow..have some freezing at the moment LOL!!
