Default IVF Babies Due April/May/June 2013

Hello ladies - I am back at work today! Six weeks to go then I am free!

Bubba has been kicking heaps over the last few days and moving around a lot in my belly. I have felt really good over the holidays but the last few days I have started to become quite tired. My belly is expanding at a rapid rate too. Yesterday I bought some more maternity clothes to last me until bub is due.

    Hope everyone else is well!

Pippi I have noticed the past week that work is tiring. I'm on my feet most of the day and find that I can't do things after work, just have to go home and put my feet up. I'm still hoping to keep up some sort of work til 38 weeks but will stop my current rate at 35 weeks. Eeek that's only 8 weeks away.

On the work topic, I can't wait to finish up! i think i've already partially checked out! as long as everything keeps progressing well i plan to finish up one month before my due date.
I'm at a desk in an office all day, which might be better than being on your feet, but whenever i get up i feel like i've been on an uncomfortable bike for days! lol

I found out last week at the last ob appointment that I have low lying placenta that is covering the cervix and that unless it moves i might have to have a c-section.. Does anyone know how common it is for the placenta to move later in pregnancy?

    It has been quiet here!

I had our 27 week ob visit today and all is going perfectly! Have routine bloods next week to check iron levels, anti bodies, and glucose tolerance levels. Hopefully they will come back with flying colours!

From now on I will see him every two weeks until 36 weeks I think then weekly.

I have decided to name our bubba 'Wriggler' as he always seems to be moving around!

Stalking your thread ladies! Fea78 how many weeks are you? I'm currently in hospital with grade 4 Placenta Previa, you can private message me if you want. I was told mine was completely covering at 20 weeks and more than likely it wouldn't move that far as it was posterior and 4cms over. It turned out it didn't move at all, however another lady in my group Jan/Feb/March had grade 4 as well and it moved right at the last minute! They say all low lying placentas have a 90% chance of moving but not the same for grade 4 pp's.

I think time goes a little faster once you hit 20-25 weeks... things get busy! I saw the OB this morning, belly measuring at 31 weeks, so hopefully bubba is nice and healthy in there. We're at fortnightly visits now, which should make time go even quicker!!!
