This recipe but my hands were gunky when I poured the cheese so i ended up with maybe a cup or more of cheese and add a little more milk, so they were wet enough.

    OH THANK GOD THAT'S OVER.

DH Had a friend come around who owed us some cash and then decided to hang out most of day so I was obliged to offer him Dinner.

I am normally ok with that but this friend is a little childish and well he kinda brings DH down to that childish level so it's just Damn annoying.

Anyway He's gone home, I've cleaned up after dinner, put the bins out and Discovered Treats I bought at shopping last week (Thursday) So I just gave DH & Mum half a pack of Rocky road each and devoured almost a punnet of strawberries. they were so juicy I regret wearing a white shirt.

Going to look up a recipe for chocolate dip for tomorrow punnet and I might buy another couple tomorrow too.

BF&P you should try this recipe it simple, easy and so yummy.

You get a sheet of puff pastry cut into your desired size eg hubby and i like it cut into 4 but for the kids I cut it into 9.
Cut a strawberry into very thin slices, place on pastry and sprinkle with a small pinch of sugar, cook. than drizzle with melted chocolate.

    Be warned they are moreish.

    We love them.
This year DD2 took 90 of them to school instead of a cake. None came home.
