Yeah, very different, I wasn't sick or ravenous, just tired. And I was actually having an ultrasound to confirm a m/c because I had a big gushing bleed at one point - which I have since found out is very common with multiple pregnancies.

    Default Twins...

I'm 10 weeks now with fraternal twins. I had high hcg but no real strong symptoms. Have had no morning sickness, (.)(.) are bigger but no pain whatsoever..maybe I have been given a break because of all the earlier bleeds I had. Starting to get sharp pulls and pains around my uterus (pubic bone) and ligaments and back pain...body needs to make room for the two of them

Of course I had an idea it was twins being IVF and having 2 embryos transferred, so it wasnt totally unexpected.
Anyway, its 5am and Im up forcing some toast into me. These twins are making me so sick!
Oh I've had all those too...minus cramping, hasn't been too bad but a lot of vagina pain. Sorry for tmi. It kinda aches.
