    Default Twins...

Very normal to be worried, especially if you've had prior issues. Once they detect that heartbeat the chances of a viable pregnancy are very good. Oops just saw title of thread, I'm not pregnant with twins!

    Good luck

Thank you. I had an 8 wk scan a couple of years ago and got bad news so its stuck with me.
I don't know if its twins yet, I started this thread so people who have high hcg levels or suspect twins or anyone actually can chat.
Everyone thinks I'm having twins for some bizarre reason...called massive bloating...Haha...but I think its one healthy one. Will know in an hour!

Only 1 sac measuring 6wk 2 days but couldnt see hb. Got to go back in 2 weeks. He said every thing looked good just too early. I'm stressing majorly. Has anyone else had this?

When I went in at 6w3d the lady said that the heartbeat would've only just started so everything could be ok in 2 weeks. I'd ask if you can go in earlier than 2 weeks though.

hi, i havent read all the replies, but i would guess im the only one who found out on the delivery table. I didnt have any scans, and no doctor even suspected there could be two bubs there. I had four minutes between twin one and twin two, so four minutes to get my head around the idea. No family history of twins on my side, and no fertility drugs or anything. Fun times for me thirty plus years ago. marie.

Wow that would of been a shock Super Granny !

I thought about that Loveable but if I wait 2 weeks I should see heaps more. He said sometimes you can't see much and then bam, everything happens. The sac measuring ok should mean its ok thou shouldn't it?

Hey super granny, I'm one of twins and my mum didn't know she was pregnant with twins until a few hours before delivery either. She didn't have any scans! Not exactly the same as you but close! Must've been such a surreal experience for you.

Btw I think the sac measuring to date is a very good sign. Good luck.

    Default Twins...

I found out I was having twins at 6weeks. I was very sick with m.s right through my pregnancy, I had a feeling there was more than 1 in there but still cried in shock when if was confirmed. Haha. My fraternal twin girls are now 9, pregnant now with just 1. Good luck! xx
