2 mortgages. We refuse to owe money on a credit card, and car is organised thru work. Gotta get on tip of that mortgage tho, its hard on one wage :/

'Just' our morgage. It's a pretty decent size though, especially considering we are on one wage. Things are slightly easier than they were 18 months ago, so hopefully that trend will continue!!

    A lot
    Mortage - 410
    Credit card 5

    Then the business
    4 work cars - 200
Various tax f ups on my partners part (mismanaged, but I have sorted it out/repayments) - 130
Unpaid bills (more like current overheads though) - 50
if we didn't have our business we wouldn't have gotten the property though.

So 795k all up, I have never looked at it like that all together, Every day I can feel all of those different figures pushing down on us.
My advice don't go Into business, it'll crush your soul.

Mortgage and HECS. Both pretty manageable. We've had a mortgage for a year and are already paying the same amount as we would have been renting, which I am very pleased about, I thought it would take a lot longer.

Default how much debt are you in ?

Omg I have the most debt here I think and I'm only 24, this post makes me feel so sad I hate debt

    Mortgage $170,000
    Credit cards $2000
    Personal loan $37,000
    Personal loan $4500
    Personal loan $4700
    DH grandad $3500
    HECS $8000

We earn a lot though and half of it will be gone within 6 months and the rest between 1 - 2 years, and we don't struggle financially. Think how much money we'd have without these debts though!

A 240k home loan and about 30k in consumer debt, mostly courtesy of going through ivf when Dh was still an apprentice.

    You'd probably faint.

It's good debt though. Just lots.
