    $2000 credit card debt

$6000 to pay on a personal loan DP had before we even met
    $24000 on a car loan
We're expecting our first bub any day now and have had to move in with my Mum to make ends meet, really sucks but we're getting there slowly!

We have a mortgage, but I don't consider that as "bad debt" as the house is worth more than the mortgage.

We probably have close to $50k in HECs between us, but it only attracts CPI increase, not interest, and I just see it as like a bit of extra tax. I probably won't ever bother paying it other than through working so we'll have that for years.

When the sale of our rental property goes thru at the end of the month we will be debt free entirely.

At the moment we have 3-4000 in credit card debt but a lot of that is related to expenses incurred in selling the property

We have a big mortgage and overdraft for the business but at least they are both worth a lot more than the debt!
