I've just started my nearly 1yr old on sandwiches. We are both getting sick of veggies for every lunch & dinner, so I don't want him to get to the point where he refuses them altogether.
He is allergic to dairy so it limits our food variety unfortunately. So far he has tried avocado, jam & ham with no problems. He already has vegemite and p'butter on his morning toast.
Please suggest some other filling ideas we can try - remembering his age so can't be too thick or chunky. TIA.
