2 embryos growing at 4 cells each on day 2. None of the others made it. Dr wants to grow them out to day 5 at this stage. Will keep you posted. Am trying to stay positive...

We had some embryos flying ahead in terms of division, and one that we had written off as it appeared to stop dividing for a day and then was a bit behind until the very end when it decided to play catch up. We had a 6 day transfer of 2 blasts (neither good enough to freeze) including this one and one of them became our daughter. If we hadn't done a 6 day transfer we never would have put that one back, so I like last minute transfers rather than a day 3 (ours usually died off after day 3 anyway).
It was our 17th and probably last cycle, so it took us a while but we got there. I hope this is your cycle and have my fingers crossed for you!!

    Hi Loveabug

I've been stalking this thread for quite a while now. Always thought I would be someone who would not have a short journey. I had my 8 week scan just prior to Christmas and the news wasn't good. Waited another 4 weeks before miscarrying naturally and that was last week. I don't have many comforting words but my heart goes out to you and try to stay strong. It's so devastating to be so close but so far.

Happy Australia Day and good luck for next time

Hi ladies, I was hoping I might join you over here. Today we got bffn on full stim cycle no 6, I think that makes us long feelers. I've never thought about it. Bl00dy hell how did that happen. I'm looking for some hope really...how do we keep going? Any tips on preserving the half a % of sanity and hope I have left?
