April I'm sorry to hear you didnt get a higher embryo number for freezing ;( that's so frustrating!
Samarasmum, how do I feel about the impending BT on Friday?
AFM: I'm still in limbo. I thought my hcg would be up past 6000 at least but today's BT gave a hcg of 4000 ( and something, I can't remember) so I'm not out of the woods. The nurse said I'm just below the normal curve that would be expected, but she was cautious too. Booooooo 😓

Dam April, I hope they can give you some answers as to why so many didn't make it.

Relax and enjoy a wine or 2 until October!

Hi everyone, I hope you dont mind me joining in.... DH and I are in Sydney, but moving to Perth at the end of Oct.... We have been TTC for 3 and a half years. Started IVF in 2010. Still trying for our #1 :-( trying not to stress too much about our age, I'm 37, DH is 42.

May I ask what clinics people are at, and how you went about deciding on your clinic? Thanks very much in advance, and good luck to everyone having a BT, EPU or ET this week!!

    Hi paddlegirl!
I'm at Hollywood fertility centre, as I had heard great things about it n it's near my work so very handy for all the appointments. All the staff are lovely n very caring. I'm on my third cycle there.
Best of luck with the move 😉

    Hi Paddlegirl,

I am with Hollywood, and can't fault them, the staff are great. The BT's and Scans are very quick and never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get in.

Best of Luck with the move and your journey XX

Thinking of your SJG, I hope it all works out for you... how long do you have to wait for your next BT.

I asked for another BT 2mrw but they said no, as they may not see a change n it might be a false negative. The point was that i wanted to know if the hcg is going down, but they still want me to wait until next wed! So far away grrrr ;( still feel like I'm a bit crampy, so really taking it easy, not gettin stressed at work n not lifting a finger at home, the place looks like a pig stye! Hubby gets home Monday cannot wait x
