OMG Sorry about the novel!
OMG Sorry about the novel!
Haha don't worry I was almost screaming myself! I haven't seen my hubby yet and I sent him a cryptic message saying that he'll need to go get some more Crinone tomorrow! He rang me straight away lol! He then messaged later and said his cheeks hurt from smiling so much!!
hope2bamum - I go to Concept but private but I think you might see my specialist Dr Ambekar. When is your BT? Is it next Monday? You might find the HPT might not pick something up this early. Hope you get some good news.
Feel soo silly siting here cry sooo relieved to have someone to talk to that actually under stands.:
Caketin: i hope so, im only 6dp5dt. monday is soo far away but i suppose at least it will be a definate answer
femme: hahah im not a big cryer usually but seem to be a blubbering mess when eva im there. im lucky that i work in the medical feild and have told my boss exactly what im doing so she is able to understand that i cant decide when things happen. no there is no need to take time off it was just something i decided to do so there was no doubt in my mind that i had done evrything i possibly could for my bfp
CONGRATS CAKETIN! Bet you are on Cloud 9....its the best feeling in the world...enjoy and take care of yourself
AFM: Blood Test in the morning and probably find out results late arvo. Pretty sure its the end of the road for me and will be looking at doing a full stim. TMI but went to the toilet earlier and as I wiped noticed quite a bit of a milky creamish discharge....so thinking its possibly the beginning of AF as she was due on the weekend....time will tell I guess
Hang in there Hilton, I thought it was all over as I had spotting, & got a BFP, you never know! Will be thinking of you tomorrow XX
Hope2bamum, try & keep busy between now & next week, I did a lot of baking in my TWW!! Good luck
Hi girls, i don't post often but just wanted to say to hang in there and don't give up, its all worth it in the end. If you're not happy with your doc, change. Dr KK at fertsouth is a lovely guy. took the time to help me out when i was having a few anxious moments when i saw him at my work. I remember being in his theatre when i was a student too and he's always good.
Hope those embies keep growing samarasmum, and Amy, are you finding out the sex of your baby?
DH reckons ours is going to come early; i've finished work now so just busy getting things sorted at home. Am counting down in days now, 34 to go!
Much love to you all,
Congratulations Caketin!!!! That is fantastic news!!! I bet you can't wipe the smile off your face x
Hilton- good luck for tomorrow! Will be thinking of you x
Samarasmum- great news about your embies... My fingers are crossed for you!
Femmequigs - welcome!!! I was also at FSS but have moved to Hollywood last month. I didn't have the best experience either but with a different Dr. The nurses are fantastic there but you have to go with your gut feeling so I left. FSS will only let you transfer two embryos after 3 failed cycles and even then they will talk you out of it. They have a lot of research to back them up but at the end of the day it's your body and you have the choice. Good luck with your cycle... You'll be fine and any questions just ask... Lots of great support from these ladies x
Hope2bamum- fingers crossed your 2ww goes quickly... Fingers crossed for your bfp!!!!
Afm- had scan and bt today and oestrogen rising slowly so another two days of jabs then should be ready for trigger. Hoping for transfer on Monday xxxx so excited its been a while since being pupo
Take care ladies, have a great week
Thanks amyel i go back to work today so should keep me busy, but baking sounds like a great idea. Eat my way through the second half hehehehe
Lozzi: thanks hun, getting a bit nervous now. this further than i have ever got. 2 cancelled ivf cycles, one failed ivf (af came very early) and now this one soo

Hope2beamum- it's definitely not an easy journey... And sometimes takes longer than we hope. I'm 29 and in same boat all of my friends have children, definitely adds to the heartache. We are up to our fourth cycle now and it just feels like such a long road. Hopefully nearly there though! Take care and hope you have a good day back at work!
Hope everyone having a good day too... My fingers are still crossed Hilton xxx
Ladies, just a quick one from me....
Results are in and it was a BFN...was suspected anyways as I have been on the couch doubled over all day with really bad cramps. Nurse said to expect AF in the next couple of days.
Will definately be stimming again as that was my last frostie, just deciding whether or not we do it next month or wait until the new year.
I am obviously sitting here in tears but at the same time, I am not as upset as I thought I would be....think watching my son jump up and down to Toy Story is just making me realise its not going to be the be all and end all.....
Just wasnt the right one this time.
Upwards and onwards to the next....Good Luck to everyone else.
I will still be popping in here regularly to keep you all posted with my next appts.
