He can, but it won't change anything financially at all. It doesn't change the payment amount or make him eligible for any other payments so really all it would mean is a whole heap of paperwork and a delay in getting the same payment back just to change who actually receives the payment.

And we'd still be in exactly the same position which is living hand to mouth and being unable to afford essential medical care for DH because we're not eligible for a low income healthcare card.
I spend a lot of time trying to be upbeat and doing the whole "It won't last forever" thing but it's really starting to get me down when I get to the middle of the fortnight and can't afford bread and milk .

I have no viruses and a good pc, you were never temperamental before, so quit being a turd now!!!!

    Argghhhhh :/

If any pc geniuses know what might be up and would love to pm me ,I would be forever grateful.

I hate being sick, I hate that I'm still mum when i am sick.
Someone come take over and be 'mum', and bring me chicken soup and something to drink.

Dear neighbours, how about you show your dog some love & affection sometimes so that it doesn't bark CONSTANTLY from loneliness. That way maybe I could get some of my course done without having to wear freaking ear-plugs!!

So I need all 4 of my wisdom teeth out & they are 'complicated' so will have to be done in hospital. After several stays in hospital in the last 4 years I was praying my next trip to hospital would be to have a bub. But no, will have to delay next ivf cycle until this is sorted. Plus it's gonna cost $3,500 & we don't have Private Health Insurance Ahhhh!!!!

My neighbours are the same. Not great when they bark when you're trying to settle a newbie. They have 2 kelpies in a suburban block. Duh, they are farm dogs who love stimulation! Idiots.
