Cut 2cm of every carrot and throwing the rest in the bin. Grrhh your old enough to know better. Than to leave the sharp on a chair where your crawling and standing on a chair brother to get. All in time it took for me to have a shower.

Ughhhhhh. I obviously have a LOT to get used to. It's been 5 hours without hearing from DP. I know his phone will be dead, or HOPEFULLY he's actually catching up on sleep.

But I've got 5 weeks of no contact come Wednesday. How the eff am I going to get through this, when I'm barely getting through 5 hours.

Hugs. I'm a army wife too. When dh was in afghan I would hear from him sporadically. I lived with my phone glued to my hand in case he called.

Is your dh on deployment or training?
