    All sent through Sharlein.

I'm feeling incredibly sick/nervous now about the upcoming ultrasound. Scared that something is going to go wrong.

    Hi ladies

Well after feeling like a big sad sack of potatoes all yesterday and last night had a call earlier this morning to say we have had 6 out of the 15 (11 were mature) fertilise ok overnight. Still feeling incredibly nervous, but at least we are one step closer then last time. Hopefully they are strong and we get one little guy to transfer on Monday (ET day has been booked in for then).

Thanks for the hugs and sorry for being a big sook!!

    x

Big wave to all the beautiful ladies.

So my appt with Dr Fong went well. All my BT come back normal & DH ST come back ok. Due to the long down & the clsing over Xmas, I have to wait until late January for EPU. Niot much I can do...just keep taking the DHEA & be patient.Bit disappointed it won't be this year but oh well.

Great to see you again Lyn....best wishes for your next cycle. X

    Thinking if you Lilly. X

    Have a great weekend everyone.

    Hi my lovely ladies,

First off sorry I have been MIA.. 1 I've been working my butt off and 2 no PC to look on here with the apps being down. Just worked out I can still get on here on my iPad.

Thank you all so much for your thoughts and wishes. I was so angry that I had to miss another month.. But have been taking duromine as well as metformin as nothing else would work and I am now down just over 4kgs since then so when AF arrives I can start pill popping. does anyone know if I need to ring WFC before to let them know I'm cycling again or just rig on day 1??

Mrsjag- bub looks beautiful.. Lucky for twitter and FBI I've been able to see that.

There is so much to catch up on.. So now it's time to read back and see what's been happening.. But I hope everyone is happy and healthy. I've missed you girl.

    Jem xxxxxx <3

Hey Jem, Im not sure, I would presume your FS would put the paper work through, however it wouldnt hurt to call... so glad your able to try again now, the waiting is so hard!

AFM - Had my appt yesterday. FS doesnt think our results are that bad - cant say I agree, 24 egg and one embryo! Not the greatest of results... She thinks Ive had a chemical preg, but WFC didnt ring through my latest HCG results, so I will see what it was on Monday.. Started another cycle in November, but we will be freezing them all on day 1 and going for a natural FET.... FS thinks I may get better results without all the hormones etc... If I get good fertilisation, we will also try for a fresh ET, but with our history, I dont think we will.

Has anyone every heard of freezing all on day 1 and doing FET... Im not so sure about this, particularly as I dont ovulate naturally every month :/ would they only start thawing once they know Im on track to ovulate??

    Hi lynlee,
I had a freeze all this cycle with all 17 of my embies frozen at Day 1. This was because I was not allowed to trigger with hcg and you cant do a fresh transfer when you use the lucrin trigger.
I spoke with Dr Smith on friday and he said that you choose the thaw plan you want to go with. They should give you a brochure with the different options (there are 3 different options)
If you are doing a natural cycle and dont know when you may O I would assume they would get you in for an ultrasound and blood test on the day you get your positive OPK just to check you lining is the right thickness. After that they will thaw your embies on the day of expected O (it only takes a couple of hours) and depending on how many you have they will either grow them out to Day 3 or 5 then transfer them back in.
I am going with the "liberal" thaw plan where they keep defrosting until they have 4 intact embies and then grow them to 5 days as the stats for it say 60% chance of success with this type of transfer and I have enough embies to do it.

lillystar - good luck for your transfer tomorrow. I hope you get good result

So I have another 16 days of bcp before I can start my FET cycle which will be done using Femara instead of a full blown medicated cycle.
