So I was being all hippy () and decided to dream interpret, so far I have come up with some positives!! (Not that I actually believe in it all hehe)

If you dream that the hen / chicken is laying eggs then this means new opportunities are coming your way.

Eggs are symbolic of something new and fragile. They represent life and development in its earliest forms and, as such, the possibilities are limitless.

Chicken - Fertility, the power of creativity and the feminine. For more clues pay attention to what the animal was doing.

Egg - A birds egg with the shell intact can represent a new beginning in your life

    Oww....spooky ghosty noises

Really depends, wide variation. Anything greater than 2 indicates ovulation. Let me check my texts and get back to you. J.

The latest from "Australian Prescriber" Journal:

A progesterone concentration above 20-25 nmol/L confirms ovulation occurred in that cycle. Lower values mean either anovulation or inappropriate timing of the blood test. A low concentration can be checked by taking two measurements of progesterone a week apart in the next cycle or alternatively recalculating the day of testing.

(It should be 28 days minus 7 days, roughly).

You really only need folic acid in the prenatal stage, UNLESS you are deficient for another reason. Manufacturers target women who are TTC, in order to sell expensive multivitamins. Avoid multivitamins with Vitamin A, as has been linked to neonatal blindness.
I take folic acid, that's it. And use iodised salt on food. When pregnant, your OBGYN will guide you as to supplements required, based on your blood results.
    Does that help?
