    Me too

We're also not showing anyone the donor file except our kids when they want to.

When do you pick the donor? We have our appt with Dr Anne for bloods etc and then our counselling 2 days later. At what point do you choose the donor?

And how long does the counselling go for and what kind of stuff were you asked?

B12 is very important for the development of our (and baby's) nervous system and blood cell production.

Thanks J. I see a Chinese medicine practitioner who has me on lots of supplements and herbs. My B12 reading was 1394 and the ideal range says pmol/L (150-700). I read that bright coloured urine (which i have) can be a cause of excess B vitamins from taking a multivitamin... So effectively you are ****ing away your expensive supplements! I'm not too concerned about it

Scuds me for butting in, you'll pick the donor when you book on for your cycle, but keep in mind that the donor list can change from week to week so you may pick again before you get to insem.

Also, Anne will probably want you to have a hycosy (tubal patency) scan done before starting :-)

Oh and I forget who I'm meant to move on the list - post here for me if you're status isn't current!
Rainbow I think I am in the TWW... Not overly hopeful but seeing a FS next week to hopefully have a better idea of what's going on

Also if any pregnancies have results from their sperm. We'll probably opt for one that *has* had a pregnancy before so we know that the swimmers are proven to be good!

At the clinic we're going to, if you conceive with that sperm, the rest is saved for you for subsequent pregnancies

I'm really excited about the picking a donor part!
Rainbow - we paid about $160 to get access to enhanced info on the donors which included photos.

If you conceive you can by more vials of the same sperm and pay for storage but this doesn't happen automatically.

Need to go to bed and have an early night. Emotionally exhausting day.

Hugs J. Well done on putting on a brave face for your sister. I hope you had a good nights rest after a very draining day
