Does anyone know the effects of too much B12? I was going over some recent blood test results & my B12 level is almost double the recommended range. I'll make an apt to see dr mid week but has me curious...

Yes, you would have ovulated on one of those days...hope you had sex on some of those days?! Like most hormones, absolute levels can vary alot between person to person. But you ovulated, and that's great. Let's hope progesterone continues to rise on Monday.

Do you eat alot of vit B12 foods or take lots of supplements? Usually the test is looking for low B12 levels, not high. It would need to be >800 pg/ml above the normal range before I would worry about it. Double does not sound sinister at all. Just get your GP to repeat them every 6 months and watch for a trend. B12 is very important for the development of our (and baby's) nervous system and blood cell production.

    Hey guys,

I misplaced my p/w for bub hub and when I updated my phone software it scrubbed all my apps so I have been able to follow along but not post or anything so I kind of disappeared between thread #1 and this one.

Hope we are all doing well. Sorry to hear that AF showed up for some of us. Glad to see positivity in the group about moving forward to the next cycle. Especially sorry to hear AF showing up for Rainbow as it seems your TTC journey is a bit harder than a few of ours logistically!

AFM, because I have had the two early mc my GP sent me to see a FS who said two mc are not unusual in a women's ttc history its just unfortunate for me that they occurred first up and together. Which is probably all I needed to hear, so we are both hoping that next time all will be okay. He wanted us to do a monitored cycle so that he could track prog levels etc, which he has done and it appeared I o'd on Wed, so now in the TWW again. it turns out well for us this time!
