    Yes

IVF is actually cheaper, in terms of medicare rebate, but up front it's a lot of money to hand over, plus the egg retrieval surgery. Don't want to go there if I can avoid it.

I can't stop crying. DP is being way too optimistic.

Hope AF stays away for you, MF!
The last 2 times that AF has shown her ugly head DH and I have gone out for dinner that night - drank wine, indulged on good food and just had a great night together.

I need to get DH to cooperate and dtd again tonight after my +ve opk y'day. I think I have worn him out this week. Fingers crossed he is obliging without me having to spell out it must be tonight! TTC is so not as romantic as people make out sometimes. Does anyone else feel this way??
totally agree! Good luck with tonight!!

What type of success rates do they have? and do you still have the same donor that you have now or a different one? sorry, excuse my ignorance!!!

A colleague at work today who is 6 weeks pregnant was going on to me about how fertile she is - dtd once and pregnant both times. Anyway, then she said - you will be 30 next year you really should get onto trying to have a baby! OMG whats wrong with some ppl! clueless!
decided I will test 13dpo which is wednesday. one week to go.

With no fertility issues and my age the success rate is about 40%.

And we will use a new donor so we can go straightaway, there's a 6 month quarantine period for our donor if he donates, even though we got him tested for everything the clinic does their own tests as well.

The sperm is from an American sperm bank.

Yep some people are clueless. You should have told her it's none of her business and she might like to keep her opinions to herself
