Default TTC and not wanting to move #2

I'm suffering from pregnancy envy too. I try to be happy for people, but just wonder all the time, when it is going to be my turn.

It is my first cycle off the pill.
Do you think I should give it a bit longer?
When is it time to worry?
I know I probably sound impatient, I'm actually just a bit of a worrier.
My sister has PCOS so that's in the back of my mind all the time.
Mind you, she was told she'd never have kids and is now preggers with no 2, so go figure.

My cycles have been irregular since stopping the pill. They used to be like clockwork before the pill, 28 days without fail. Now they are 23-28 days. Though I complain about it, I prefer this to long cycles. I read before I stopped, that it can take 6 - 12 months to get back to normal.

    hi!!! xx

I was struggling hard this week at work. So many happy preg families. I'm usually happy and ask them questions but really feel frustrated this month. I feel like its in my face all day, well it is actually - my job lol do really what did I expect I guess? But also didn't think it would take this long second time around

I'm probably due for a check up so will head to docs next week ask about blood test while I'm there.
Thanks for your help tormy, I really shouldn't always think the worst all the time, I'll give myself a hernia
Think opks and temping might help me feel a bit more in control.
Lil Smurfy 6-12 months of this and I'll surely end up in a padded cell!
When it comes to irregular cycles I'd definitely prefer shorter over longer, but I guess you just have to work with what you get.

Congrats mumofprincess!!! So good to see a BFP here. Hopefully it's the start of many more to come!

AFM- currently CD10 and waiting to O. I will be testing again just before fathers day so hoping I'll have some good news to share with DF. In the meantime I'm busy with DSS and planning our wedding. Only 10 weeks away now :-)

It's so hard isn't it! My sister just had a baby, and she's younger than me! My sister in Law is pregnant also, lucky thing got a honeymoon baby..so much envy!
If we do fall this month I will be 12 weeks at my Dh sisters wedding! I don't want to take away from her day! This will be the first grandchild on my husbands side so it's going to be a tricky situation!
