    Good luck workingmumma!

BT was at 7.10, now the agonizing wait for results. I poas with digital this morning and it said 2-3weeks. Gives me hope.

I've stayed on coq10, didn't even think twice about it actually and my fn knows all the extras I am on and didn't say to stop that in tww.

Luckyme1, a very hard decision, I can only think that my gut will tell me when enough is enough. I think us women have a good gauge on how we are coping and how much we can take. I think breaks even of a month are probably good for the body and mind. But I'm only new to this - 2 stim cycles so I'm just saying how I feel about it

    Oh my Kween K'iesha lovelies

I was with my ex-husband for almost 10 years; started dating at 21 and then i finally left him just after I turned 30. I always thought i'd be a mum by the time I was 30, but looking back i'm so grateful that i have nothing tying me to him. My DH and I were friends for years, we got together in 2008 and I suppose things moved quite quickly - moved in together after a year, engaged a couple of months after that, and married a year (almost to the day) after that. In saying that, i was 32 and he was just over 30 so we didn't want to waste time. We waited to start trying for babies until January 2011 and then nada... we decided to not hold off and once we moved from Melbourne to Brisbane, saw a specialist. I'm so glad we jumped right in, but yeah, it's still frustrating.

I seriously want to hug you all <3 <3

workingmumma - i'll have everything crossed for you today and that your little embie warms up beautifully xox

Woo hoo wunsi, that's very positive for you. Fingers and toes crossed for you.

KandP, I am so glad this is my father of my ds and not my first hubby. Time and men are annoying as they are out of our control. Oh well, it is, what it is.

But I think we're going to take docs advice. She says at least three, I think four would be my limit because of the cost and I would be 40. But I will follow her advice. I guess the money also worries me, I went with genea because they had the best success rates for my age but they are much more expensive. But we have the money on our mortgage so we shall just have higher payments, so we shall suck it up! I'm kinda thinking 4 and then go to plan b.

    Thanks girl x
Hey lucky me, my DP is 42, we are going through Fertility First at Hurstville. They have high % also for the older group and Dr Anne is fantastic! Would it worth to have a second opinion? They are also around 1500 cheaper than genea and only around 1500 out of pocket after Medicare.

Bad news. All of the embryos have dropped to grade 2, I have one morula which is poor. The rest are between 12 & 14 cells. One is 16 and compacting so they can't grade it but I'm certainly not holding my breath. This happened last time too, the quality turns to crap. A small part of me doesn't even want to go through with the ET tomorrow. I'm sorry I'm being all down but I'm gutted.

Don't lose hope! They are still hanging in there & I've heard many a story about grading having nothing to do with implantation. I'm rooting for you. (But not literally... as you know!!)

Thanks for the advice. I succumbed to a panadol before work this morning because my headache will not let up.

Sorry for the complaining. I'm still just grateful to be here. You guys are the best for advice!

The lab has called to let me know that our embryo survived the thaw, leaving shortly to go to the clinic. Thank you for all your good luck, not long now.

Hugs to all those who are needing them, I really wish this journey was short and happy for all who are on it, there seems to be so many bumps in the road for so many wonderful, deserving women. I wish I could wave a magic wand and make it work for us all xoxoxoxo

Thank you lovelies. The nurse said that a heap of graze 2 and 3 emboss are transferred. I wit hear anything until we get there tomorrow at 9am. I've decided that if this doesn't work ill try one round with saizen and will then go the donor route. I can't do this over and again with my own eggs. I absolutely take my hat off to the long term IVF warrior women.
