Default Eye gel for dark circles/lines?

Can anyone recommend an eye gel that helps lessen dark circles and/or diminishes lines around the eye?

I can't use creams as I get white milia spots, I was using palmers eventone dark circles but they no longer make it anymore

I like Natio. Their day one is a gel for shadows and the night one is a cream for lines. I still look knackered all the time though LOL.

I tried out the perfectionist, skin certainly feels smooth but no noticeable difference to my lines or dark circles after a month

Maybe my skin just doesn't respond to this sort of thing?
