Default what do you give your school kids as an afternoon snack?

My 6yo comes home from school and without a doubt asks for a peanut butter sandwich. Every day it's what he has. Fruit will normally accompany it. Today it was grapes

My kids usually eat a bowl of weetbix or several slices of toast and then top it off with some fruit. They are not allowed to eat past 4:15pm as dinner is at 6:30pm.

In winter, I will have a pot of vege soup or similar on the stove that they are welcome to help themselves to at any time ...

Usually a sandwich and a Milo or some kind of fruit, cheese slices, rice cakes, museli bar or sometimes a baked treat. Every now and then he will have a zapped sausage roll or party pie.
