Hi all. I'm thinking of starting yoga. I am quite a bit overweight and have bad ankles from school sporting injuries and find that going walking is difficult as my ankle kill. I was thinking of starting yoga. Is there any overweight girls out there who have found that yoga or even bikram yoga have helped with weight loss as well
As a diet. I'm currently making sure I get my 2-3 liters of water and have cut out coffee as well.
